Management concepts has always fascinated me. I always envied the MBA graduates until I finished my Executive MBA. I went through a large number of case studies and concepts, which were based on the actions or activities carried out by organizations for which they have succeeded. Once I discovered companies who made many fade in the long term. I was skeptical about studies, which have been taken and publications, which glorified their existence. When I wanted to make a point I couldn't rely on studies appeared to justify management concepts. I administered myself that many activities and decisions which are taken may give some success and can be long term that some decisions may is important in terms of definition of existence. Activity and decision, giving society, the tip can be kept reserved and unmixed with overall organizational failure over the long term.
As we all know, success and failure depend on many factors and are often out of reach of frameworks that support the decision of the organisation. The organization can have a great strategy and strategy could be followed by extremely well but always success may be something more than the policy because an organization without a strategy may also become successful. Product differentiation, business case justification value sales and the leading edge can give you a position on the market, but may not be enough to succeed on the market. I have been fascinated by the quote provided by the representative of a venture capital organisation who said that companies are successful because they are solving their problems better than their competitors.It's simple cela.Un example of business success is not enough, if other organizations simply imitate because the result has many contexts, which may not be appropriate to organization is to imitate.
I always thought I start my own business and a dear friend told me that 20% of businesses succeed. I thought it was a great encouragement. There were many organizations that made profits after 10 years of existence. It has always made an impression in my mind and perspective of the enterprise, when the term was always the first priority. The organization can do much for now, but its existence will be represent only when it undergoes success for a longer period of time otherwise, loses the success, it is of value. Every organization wants to be a success, but only is taking the right approach right time to the right place.I do not think luck rather than I believe in hard labeur.Je believe that the right solution at the Organization's long-term survival. I believe in the roadmap, and believe not imitating the strategy of successful organizations.
This makes me more difficult to make a business case to define the concepts of management.Perhaps I'll define the concept based on successful, now and in future it contradicts .it ' is the reason why concepts change so quickly, and everyone wants to know the concept of management more récent.Personne cannot see the future to predict the outcome of the action or decision which will in future allow .it ' is why I am very safe if I imitate successful strategy.
