A list of tasks of flair and properly used is a great first step to become an individual action, a doer who gets things and, therefore, gets what they want in life. However, if you are one of a number of critical errors, your task list may be worse than good...
Here are seven action list mistakes people make up:
Error # 1 - task list are any list at all
Many people start their day without any index as to what they want to make this day there, and thus quickly mired in traps and trivia, they get little, if something important accomplie.Mon opinion? If it is important for you to get what you want in life, you are of them!
Error # 2 - task list their list is not written down
Some people feel that they can easily keep their list in their head and do not feel the need to write. However, personally, I think it is a huge waste of "memory" which would be far better used to produce constructive results.
Error # 3 - task list they are too many lists
Many people have a list for home, work list, a list for each of the different activities that they are involved in a list for each person to which they are associated with one of a number of other lists listes.Trop cause confusion and idle breeds confusion. simplicity.Have a daily list and a daily list only.
Error # 4 - their list task list is too long
I limit my daily list with two items.Any how more and start your day feeling exceeded and, if I end not all, put an end to the sensation of the day "behind the eight ball".i rather start the day with two items on my list, invite the done, add to the list as the day goes and invite the fact and start the day with twenty, and finish with 18 of them canceled.
Error # 5 - their list task list is too complex
Too complex contains elements which can take several days, weeks or even months to complete.I found that solvent "grand", often overwhelming tasks in "small", easily exploitable, tasks that can be made in minutes and by placing these articles on my daily list instead of this, I develop an impetus which allows me to tilled much faster as I could while trying all at once through the large-scale projects.
Error # 6 - their priorities list lack to-do list
If you start your day with the question, "what elements should I first?", guess what you'll spend most of your day do? you have it! try to decide which of these items, you must first do a.m. ' say more?
Error # 7 - their list task list is not visible, or they are not using it
To be effective, your task list should be where you can easily see, you need to see, and, in this case, you must refer to often along for the day
The latter, in my opinion, are high seven persons list action faire.Vous mistakes go there one or more of them? if so, what will you do about it? your answer to this question and your resulting or absence may well explain the difference between your get what you want in life and your not getting what you want in life.
