REST AND SLEEP

All parts of the human body work together, while each has its special part do. The stomach must have a time to rest between meals. Other parts of the body need rest, too. This is usually obtained while we are asleep. We should not be neglected and not give them enough rest or get soon worn and give us problems.

Sometimes when people are not well or are tired of everything out, find can not sleep well at night. There are several things you can do to induce sleep.
